Coinspot is an Australian cryptocurrency exchange that trades a wide range of coins, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Dash and many more. You can only deposit money through the POLi Payments system which does make it more difficult if you want to fund your account through australian dollars. This exchange is recommended if you are an Australian citizen.

Coinspot Review

Coinspot allows you to trade between more cryptocurrencies than most rivaling exchanges. As altcoins are gaining popularity and people want to diversify their portfolios this is an advantage. The major drawback is that they only accept POLi Payments and not credit card or other traditional means of funding. Their prices are set in australian dollars, which is more hassle for you since most FIAT-pairs are set in USD.

Coinspot has wallets included for all of their currencies and offers a 2-factor verification system so you can keep your cryptocurrencies safe.

They require you to verify your account before making any deposit with australian dollars.

Another major drawback with Coinspot is that they do not disclose their fee-schedule. They simply say all fees are included in the price of the cryptocurrency you choose to buy. It does however appear as their fees are around 4% over the market price.

Review Score: 82
